| Automation - IMPORTANT: |
| Our Application has built in automation at a slight cost per month. Any attempt to use other external forms of automation MAY result in temporary or permanent suspension/termination of your account and MAY result in your known IP address(es) being banned from our servers. Any attempt to create and profit by way of sale of an Automation script MAY result in prosecution where possible, on the grounds that you will potentially be stealing income from this Application's income stream. Law of Probability will be and is both relevant and applied. |
| Reasonable and Fair Use - IMPORTANT: |
| Automation built in can be taken way beyond fair usage - it is the responsibility of all players to manage their usage both from each account and from each IP Address. For a smoother and fairer game it is important you dont abuse the automation in such a way as to be deemed spamming the server... If we think you are abusing it we may temporarily suspend your accounts and persistant offenders may be banned. |
| Law of Probabilty: |
| Due to the nature of Macros/Auto Clickers and Scripted browser based "Bots", detection is both difficult and in some cases (Macros/Auto Clickers especially) it is impossible. "Law of Probability" may therefore be applied - in that, if you are persistantly executing requests to our server(s) in such a way that is beyond human capabilty AND you dont have an ingame auto subscription - the "Law of Probabilty" that you are using some other form of automation will apply. | Abuse - IMPORTANT: |
| We by no means do not want you to play hard... Bring it... What we will say is that any form of abuse - whether of a racial/sexual/religous or other nature/inferrence ANYWHERE within Mafia Worldwide and its Application's control will not be tolerated. We have a line of decency and should you cross it you risk IMMEDIATE suspension/termination of your account(s) and banning of your known IP address(es). |
| Multi Accounts/Alts: |
| This Application will be playable on its standalone Website where no Facebook Login will be required. At this point it is not but is being worked on. As far as playing on our site, we do not care and will not police, how many accounts play from one IP address/computer/player/kitchen - we do point out, however, that if playing on Facebook you should adhere to all relevant terms and conditions re: Facebook Accounts and all concerning Policies. |
| Lost Accounts: |
| A lost account can be recovered/re-accessed if you contact us via support at the email at the bottom of this page AND you can satisfy us beyond doubt that you own that account. This may not be easy to do so be aware of ingame capabilities to assist you in this. Any attempt to defraud will at the very least see you and your known IP address(es) banned and MAY invoke prosecution. |
| Facebook Account Detection: |
| Due to issues seen in such Applications as ours, we have done all we can to make it impossible to trace your Facebook Account from inside the Application including not by default using your FB Profile Image. There is NO TRACE whatsoever within the application by default - no matter what is tried. If you don't wish to be found then using your Profile Images - whilst a choice - is not recommended - it could, if only by way of recognition, allow people to "know" your real Facebook Account. |
| Virtual Items: |
| Virtual items are just that - Virtual. This means other than for ingame purposes you cannot own them. Whether created via ingame actions or purchased with real cash, ALL said items will cease to exist if your account is terminated. In the case of suspension, items will exist but the nature of your suspension will mean - for the duration of the suspension - you will have no access to them. In both cases, these items can never be transferred in any way except at the sole discretion of Mafia Worldwide Management. |
| Refund Policy: |
| No Refunds - EXCEPT at the sole discretion of Mafia Worldwide Management. |
| 3rd Party Sites: |
| Any 3rd party sites/links we may link to - but not owned or controlled by Mafia Worldwide Management - we take no responsibily for in any sense except for you to take a look and make your own decisions. We do accept responsibility for doing all within our power to ensure any such links are legitimate. Any site/link found to have broken through these tests or changed since inclusion, will be removed as soon as we are made aware. |
